Pre- and Post-Trip Lodging

One Less Detail for You to Worry About

As an optional extra you can request that we obtain lodging for you prior to the start of your trip and/or after the trip is over.  Lodging will be in the designated downtown hotel for each trip.  The extra cost is listed on our pricing page under Optional Extras, Pre- or Post-Trip Lodging.  The fee is per room, per night, based upon double occupancy.  If you are traveling solo, we will try to pair you with another guest if you request that.  If we are successful in finding you a roommate, you each will be charged half of the lodging fee. 

If you request pre- or post-trip lodging at least 45 days in advance of the start of your trip, we guarantee we will obtain it for you.  We may not be able to fulfill requests made with less advance notice.
